Frank Cloutier (COB): CTO, Imaging and Printing Group, Hewlett-Packard Company
Mr. Cloutier has had a long and distinguished career with Hewlett-Packard Company that began over 29 years ago. He is credited with launching and building several significant businesses for HP, including Inkjet printers, handheld computers and notebook computers. With numerous patents in the computer and computer peripheral field to his credit, Mr. Cloutier has been recognized with a number of industry awards, including the National Science and Technology Medal from the nation of Singapore and the Contributor of the Year Award from the American Society of Materials. In addition, Mr. Cloutier is a past member of the executive committee of Singapore’s National Science and Technology Board, as well as past chairman of the Institute for Manufacturing Technology in Singapore. As the Chief Technology Officer for HP’s Printing and Imaging Group (IPG), Mr. Cloutier is responsible for strategic businesses and defining the IPG technology roadmap, growth initiatives, and strategic investments. Mr. Cloutier is also responsible for establishing and working with HP’s technology partners. Mr. Cloutier has a bachelor’s of science degree in physics from Northeast Louisiana University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1973. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the University of Hawaii in 1991.
Steve Dueck:
President and CEO
Mr Dueck has served as CustomerNation's President and CEO since founding the organization in September 1999. An experienced marketing and sales professional, his most recent entrepreneurial success was Marketline Solutions. Utilizing the best in database marketing technology, Marketline Solutions equipped Fortune 500 type companies with an Internet-based business solution designed to connect manufacturers with potential customers. Mr. Dueck also spent 7 years at Tandem Computers where he completed his tenure as Database Marketing Program Manager. He holds a B.A. in International Relations-World Trade and Development from the University of California-Davis and a Masters in Divinity from Trinity International University in Chicago.
Rex Smith: Former Vice President, MSN Operations, Microsoft Corporation
Mr. Smith, as Hotmail's first Chairman and Chief Operations Officer, is credited with the strategy that scaled Hotmail from the Web's first free email provider in 1996 to its current roster of more than 70 million members. Hotmail, now as a part of the Microsoft Network, is growing at an astonishing rate of 150,000 new users per day. Most recently, Mr. Smith served as MSN's Vice President of Operations. Prior to Hotmail he was the Vice President of Software and Hardware Engineering at FutureTel, a leading maker of MPEG compression hardware and authoring software. Mr. Smith has also held engineering leadership positions at Apple, Sun and Hewlett-Packard. He is a graduate of Stanford's School of Engineering (MSEE).
Bob Hausmann: CFO, Securify Corporation
Mr. Hausmann brings extensive experience in public financing, venture capital financing and the management of financial and administrative operations. Currently the CFO Securify, a Security Software Company, Mr. Hausmann's experience includes leadership at Resonate, where he served as CFO; Mohr Davidow Ventures, where he served as an interim operating executive for several portfolio companies; and at Red Brick Systems, where he served as Vice President and CFO. At Resonate and Red Brick Mr. Hausmann initiated and managed the company’s private fundraising as well as their initial public offerings. Mr. Hausmann has also negotiated several strategic relationships with companies like DEC, HP, IBM and Sun. Mr. Hausmann holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Paul Ingram:
CEO, Ingram Labs
Mr. Ingram founded Ingram Labs in 1994 and is a recognized expert in the art of Internet-related design, interactivity and user experience. His leadership has been recognized in recent projects for AT&T Wireless, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, E*Trade, and Washington Mutual Bank. As an Interaction Specialist, Mr. Ingram is well known within the Internet community for his consulting work in investor communications, entertainment, and experience design.

Jack Smith
As co-founder and Chairman of Akamba Corporation, Jack Smith created one of the first tcp/ip and http accelerator boards for web servers, enhancing webserver performance by up to 300%. As co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Hotmail, Mr. Smith invented the first Web-based email service, which sparked an Internet revolution with Hotmail the leader to this day. Prior to founding Hotmail in 1996, Mr. Smith played a key role at FirePower Systems, where he designed integrated circuits for use in high performance PowerPC workstations. His engineering experience began at Apple Computer where he worked on several of Apple's early PowerBook laptop systems.
Dr. Herbert A. Dollahite: Former VP, IT Development, Cable & Wireless
Dr. Dollahite is currently responsible for all IT development activities in
North America for Cable & Wireless, as well as development for any global IT system
where the development effort is being done in North America. In this role,
Dr. Dollahite champions best practices to ensure Cable & Wireless employees and customers
receive reliable and effective solutions on schedule and within budget. He
brings to this position more than 28 years of software engineering and quality
management experience. Previously, Dr Dollahite's was EVP of Customer Support
and Services for Exodus Communications, where he led their rapid growth and
effective delivery of world class services. Prior to that he was Senior
Director of Global Quality Engineering for Apple Computer, where he led Apple's
integration quality efforts and served as a senior member of the company's
Software Issues Forum and Architecture Council. Before joining Apple, Dr.
Dollahite served 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring in 1994 with a rank
of Lieutenant Colonel. Dr. Dollahite holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering
degree from Cornell University, a M.B.A. from the Colgate Darden School of
Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Computer
Science from the University of Alabama, Huntsville.

Mary Kroeger:
Application Engineering
Ms. Kroeger brings 25 years of large-scale application design
and software development experience to CustomerNation. She expertly
defines and translates numerous business requirement specifications
into robust application solutions. Prior to joining the CustomerNation
team, Ms. Kroeger served as an Associate V.P. of Applications
Development for First Franklin Financial and as a Senior Applications
Consultant at Symantec. Previously she also held various applications
management positions at Acuson and 3Com.
JD Savelli: Marketing & Business Development (Acting)
Mr. Savelli brings extensive experience in marketing, business development and sales management. Mr. Savelli is known for growing businesses to profitability internationally in both B2B and Retail Fortune 500 companies. In his last position as Marketing Vice President for Maxtor, Mr. Savelli is credited for establishing the company's leadership in supplying enabling solutions to the PVR segment (TiVo, Replay). He also led the product definition and successful launch of the award-winning OneTouch(tm) product line. Mr. Savelli holds an MBA from Wharton and B.S. from HEC-Paris.
Paul Horst:
Account Management
Mr. Horst joined the CustomerNation team in September 1999 after
serving on the founding team of bigguppy.com, an Internet media
company in Seattle. Mr. Horst's diverse skills include public
speaking, writing and sales. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Horst
has been in great demand presenting sales and personal development
seminars on personal and professional skills. Mr. Horst spearheads
CustomerNation's account management and customer interaction services.
He holds a B.A. in music from Multnomah College.
Rendy Bayless:
Comptroller
Mr. Bayless brings an extensive finance and accounting background
to CustomerNation. He started his accounting career in 1973, and
obtained CPA certification in 1975. Mr. Bayless founded his own
public accounting practice, became a controller in 1990 at Ivanko
Development Corporation. He received his B.S. in Accounting from
California State University-Fresno.
Steve Otto: Systems & Network
system administration, custom web applications and web page design and implementation services to businesses in the Silicon Valley and the world beyond. Our customers are as diverse as the Silicon Valley itself. From major computer manufacturing firms to one of the largest construction firm in California, Aedra Associates, Inc. has provided reliable system administration and Intranet/Internet consulting services for large customers such as Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor, Oconnor Hospital, Philips Semiconductors, Rudolph and Sletten, and VLSI.
